On-going Support

C27 media offer a cost effective support & maintenance package, this includes updates to your site especially news, events and twitter feeds on a monthly basis and on top of that make sure your site is using the latest technologies so it never looks out of date or feels out of date.

Training

Any product we sell you comes with extensive training, once your website or directory is live we will arrange free 1 on 1 telephone training. All our products require basic Microsoft Word skills so no need to worry. If you do get stuck we're only a telephone call away.

If you require training on any third party product we can usually always help you there also, just contact us with your requirements.

C27 can also visit your premises for face to face training or for larger groups, this does incur an extra cost and price is negotiated upon request.
